Is there any difference between muscular body and strong body? A person with good economic condition but little knowledge of dietics is likely to eat so called nutritious food which probably makes him muscular but not strong enough.

Besides balanced diet Yoga and Exercise are the two basic things which makes a strong and thereby healthy. But we people even after understanding importance of exercise, always give excuses of not having time, stress and strain at work, at house, festivals etc. But if we look at those persons who daily make fixed time for minimum exercise, then a question arises whether they were not having these problems? So to keep equilibrium among Mind, Body and Soul there cannot be excuses, all we need is a very strong determination.

It's a myth and absolutely false conception that, to make body strong we have to go to gym and spend thousands of bucks. There are ample of options available regarding exercise, right from Suryanamaskar upto Pranayam which will not cost you a single penny. Only thing is that, there should be consistency in whatever you do. Brisk walking is one such option and can be tried by everybody.

As exercise is superior to diet, so the mind is to body. We should provide appropriate exercises to our mind and cultivate rich values like selflessness, honesty and optimism. Being social, having good friend circle, participating in festivals do nurture our mind. Music, Dance and Sports do help a lot. Meditation and Introspection are really good exercises for mind.

A person with sound body and sound mind will not only be healthy but also successful in life. Society needs such people who will also make the nation strong.
